The Mesclun salad greens in my garden are very happy after last nights rain. The mix includes chervil, arugula, endive, mustard greens, dandelion, frisee, mizuna, mache, radicchio, sorrel, oak leaf and leafy lettuces. I love being able to pick myself a fresh salad!
