A pair of barn owls have inhabited John and Marilyn's owl house in their backyard. They have successfully raised three owlets. They are quite noisy owlets that have now grown to be quite large. Their eyes glow red from the flash on my camera. Some of the shots I've done red-eye reduction but for the most part I've left them be because this is what you see when you shine a light into an owls eye at night.
