February 20, 2010 was a rainy day in Ramona California. It was a perfect day to attend the Hawk Watch presentation held at the Wildlife Research Institute. Normally over 500 people come out for the presentation. Because of the rain today, the crowd was much lighter. Lucky for us! We were treated to some nice views of these beautiful raptors.
Boy, this makes me really wish I had attended one this year!
Incredible, Kiddo! Such vivid shots, I feel like I was there! Nice work, especially with such a crow around. Where else can you see those magnificent birds up so close and personal? It's on our list for next year, for sure....
